Return Policy

To ensure the hygiene and safety of the product, some products explicitly do not support refunds and returns, such as intimate apparel, products that enter the body, and products that have been used and opened. If you need to return the product, please make sure that the product is unused, undamaged, unopened, and include the original invoice and packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

All returns must be approved prior to shipment. If you need to return an item, please contact us at official@funtamental.shop or through the Account menu with your name, order number, and the reason for return. Our staff will review the request and notify you if your return is approved. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of when your order is delivered. Returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

If your return request is approved and the product has been received, we will refund you based on your payment method. Please note that the refund may take several business days to reach your account.
